• You may not travel any route other than the one specified.
• You may experience a different route due to the traffic, weather and other conditions.

Cancellation Policy
• 14 days or more before the scheduled date of use: free of charge.
• 4 to 13 days before the scheduled date of use: 30% of the rental fee.
• 2 to 3 days before the scheduled date of use: 50% of the rental fee.
• The day before or on the day of the scheduled date of use: 100% of the rental fee.
* Requests made after 6 pm Japan Standard Time (JST) will be processed the next day.
Other Notice
• If you are late for the tour meeting time or forget a valid international driver’s license (no digital or photocopies), the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• If the experience is canceled due to severe weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
